    • Accessories & Home Goods: 7–15 business days
    • Custom Orders: Additional 1–3 business days for processing
  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
  • Delivery Delays: Shipping times may be extended due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Important: Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds Are Accepted If:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product due to our mistake.

Return Requests Must Meet These Conditions:

  • Request Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items:

  • Incorrect Address: If the wrong shipping address was provided, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for lost packages.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or changes in preference.

Each crystal and natural stone product is unique, created by nature, which means slight variations in color, size, or texture are normal and part of their charm. We take great care in packaging these fragile items to ensure they arrive safely.
  • Special Handling: Crystal items like towers, statues, and carved stones may require additional packaging to protect their delicate structure during shipping.
  • Shipping Time: Please allow extra time for the processing and shipping of larger or heavier crystal products.
  • Non-Returnable: Due to the unique and natural characteristics of these products, we do not accept returns for minor variations in appearance. Refunds are only provided for items damaged during shipping.
